Welcome to Big Daddy Performance Training and thank you for inquiring about our services. We train only serious, dedicated athletes who strive for excellence. Our goal is to provide athletes a personal challenge that expands the perceptions of their own athletic abilities and creates the opportunity for continuous improvement. As the founder of Big Daddy Performance Training, I am a certified personal trainer with certifications from both NASM and NCSF, and I have over 20 years of personal sports experience and training.
Big Daddy athletes will be inspired to exercise with determination and to maintain self-motivation. All successful athletes train the body and the mind, so we emphasize correct techniques and mental toughness. We believe young athletes gain great body awareness and prevent possible injuries by training properly. We train one-on-one for the biggest impact; however, if desired, we will train two athletes together to allow for friendly competition and motivation.
Athletes will develop habits of college and professional athletes. The training program customized for each athlete is not easy, but athletes are encouraged to safely push themselves so they can experience a sense of accomplishment and prepare themselves for any sports environment. Dedicated athletes typically see results within 10 sessions. All training is conducted at your local high school or middle school field.
